Stir Fry Dinner Recipe | Cheap and Easy | Panda Express Sauce

My Favorite Stir Fry Recipe...its a hit every time!

How many of you are just like me and forget to put out meat to thaw before you head out the door for work? I do it all the time. This recipe is great because the meat stays frozen and only has a few simple steps. With only about 20 minutes of prep and cook time, you can make this recipe in a flash.

Ingredients:
1 bottle of Panda Express Kung Pao Sauce
10 slices of Steak-Umms steak
1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
5-6 mini colored peppers (chopped small)
1/4 fresh jalapeno (chopped small)
1.5 cups of brown rice
1.5 cups of boiling water
fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Directions:
1. Cook rice as directed on the box
2. Add steak-umms meat to skillet over medium heat (i add just a bit of coconut oil to the pan)
3. As meat is browning sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes
4. Drain grease
5. Add the chopped peppers, jalapeno, and onions to skillet; stir and saute for about 10 minutes until onions are clear and peppers are semi-soft.
6. Add cooked rice and 3/4 bottle of Panda sauce (the whole bottle if you use 2 cups rice)
7. Stir and let simmer for 1-3 minutes until sauce is warm.

Serve and enjoy!!
